Returns
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.
Due to the hygienic nature of sleep products, used pillows are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 day delivery.
We only ship to the UK & some EU countries.
